  1. Trello integration

    It whould be great to combine trello (www.trello.com - for me the perfect project management tool) and primaERP so it could be used in one surface. I NEED trello for my work and I also love, how to track the time with primaERP I spent in projects. But unfortunately it is just too inefficient to bring both permanentely up to date. In this case I'm trading time for money.

    Maybe it whould be possible and in your interests, to find a efficent solution for this? :)

  4. Rechnungsnummer mit Projektnummern kombinieren

    Bei "Projekten" kann man eine Kennzahl angeben.
    Wäre es möglich diese Kennzahl als Variable in die Rechnungsnummer zu übernehmen?
    Mit den Kennzahlen kann ich recht gut übersehen, aus welchen Auftrag die Rechnung entstanden ist und wenn diese Nummer in der Rechnungsnummer wäre, müsste ich das nicht aufwändig nachgucken.

    No deberian de permitir que el tiempo de inicio de trabajo pueda modificarse por el usuario. Resta disciplina y funcionalidad.

  7. A monthly view would be great, I use it to record work done, and need a wider view, thanks.

    Since I don't use the app prospectively, each time I access the app I have to change view always. If I could choose in settings the opening view would help, and a monthly view would help me on the billing process. Thanks.

    Que se pare el cronómetro automáticamente cuando no se trabaje en el ordenador y que se reinicie cuando se vuelva a trabajar preguntando si se quiere seguir con esa tarea o con otra

  10. Can we set a new colour for each Client in the Time Tracking Calendar Dashboard?

    It would be great to be able to set a colour for each client in the setup so that in Time Tracking Calendar View, it's easy to see the time spent on each client at a glance.

  11. Hromadné uzavírání (deaktivace) zakázek

    Ideálně např. ve Správě projektů - v seznamu vidět ikonu, zda jsou vyúčtované všechny hodiny v zakázce a rovnou v seznamu mít možnost zakázku deaktivovat/uzavřít.
    (občas působím jako externista a "podaří" se mít práci i na více než 40 zakázkách za 14 dní).

    zdravim,
    dnes rano som narazil na clanok o vasej App, tak ze ju vyskusam, vsetko som chcel spravit cez mobil iOS 8,4 cez safari som sa nevedel registrovat, stale tam cos chybalo a neslo mi stlacit na tlacidlo, potom ze vyskusam appku, a to iste po vyplneni vsetkych veci to proste neslo. mohol som napisat maily 3 krat za sebou hesla atd ale kliknut na registracia mi neslo. a pisalo nemate vyplnene udaje. Viete zistit kde je chyba? Lebo potom na notebooku cez safari to uz islo OK. Ale mobil nic. Pri logine to iste, dam nazov firmy, mail, heslo…

  14. Calendar Report

    A Calendar View Report would be great! Either as a week view or as an Agenda view and if it could be filtered by user that would be fantastic. The purpose is to be able to generate a hard copy of the day or week's scheduled activities to see the time blocked off for each project / each user's contributions.

    Hello,

    unfortunately the customized templates was recently pushed back some more. We are planning to create a brand new billing module, which will enable this, but this will not be ready until the end of this year. As soon as it gets closer, we will let you know.

    Attendance:
    I would need an overview of my employee yearly working time and holidays. We do have yearly working time and amount of days. And I need to see how much they have spent or worked by now.

  17. Planned time records as well as Actual time records

    Have ability to schedule time [block off time in calendar] which is not yet deemed a time record. Currently if scheduling your time records in advance [activity sessions] the progress against the planned hours shows [e.g. 100%]. It would be more useful to have a boolean to determine if this is advance scheduling so as to differentiate between time actually logged and time scheduled ahead.

    Set up employee's working hours - we have a lot of employees who work different hours, part time etc - and we'd like to be able to set these hours up in the system so that the percentage of billable hours they've worked shows as a percentage of their actual time. It would also be good for them to be automatically blocked out in the calendar as non working hours.
