How can we improve our Time tracking application?

  2. Monthly renewal project/tracking time

    It would be perfect if i could have a option to make a monthly renewal project for customer that paid per month.

    We would like to see collapsible tasks under projects in the impulse list.

  5. First name, Last name

    It would be nice to be able to have a choice to put Last name, First name OR First name, Last name throughout the app. Thanks!

  7. Projektové reporty, schvalování

    Pár tipů:
    - u projektových reportů by bylo fajn také filtrovat podle zákazníka
    - větší provázanost s vystavením faktury - mohly by se u projektů zobrazovat 3 značky/stavy: nefakturováno, fakturováno částečně (třeba u dlouhodobějších projektů, kdy se fakturuje měsíční práce) a fakturováno vše (pokud by se přidal poté výkaz, změnilo by se na částečně fakturováno).
    - všimla jsem si, že je už v procesu hromadné schvalování - možná by byla dobrá i varianta (asi volitelná), že výkazy zahrnuté do faktury se automaticky schválí.

  8. Total hours per week in weekly overview

    Right now you can see the hours per day but not the total of hours per week.

  9. Tracking of working time not just performance (Should working time, holiday, sickness)

    Right now it's possible to track the project performance. It should be possible to also track time for HR purposes: track sickness, training, accident, holiday, etc.. t should be possible add a "Should-time", so the amount of hours that the user should have per month (the best would be incl. a workload so then its automatically calculated). You can track the time on the projects and activities and then can compare them to the amount of time the user shoudl work. Any differences can then be added on to the following month.   10. Identify internal and external costs for net profit report

    It would be nice if we could not only identify the costs to the client but internal costs. So if I have an employee that costs me $25 an hour and I bill the client $75 an hour, it'd be nice to have PrimaERP be able to report against that delta for a net gain or net profit analysis.

  11. Automatické zálohování

    Když už se databáze umí zálohovat, líbilo by se mi, abych na zálohu nemusel myslet - aby se to jednou za měsíc zazálohovalo samo a poslalo mi to zálohu mailem. Nebo ji třeba automaticky uložilo na FTP server (nebo Google disk), ke kterému zadám přihlašovací údaje.

  12. Import via CSV, XLS and JSON

    Make it possible to import time entries via CSV, Excel or JSON. It will help migrating from other timetrackers, like toggl.com.

    I want to compare how much time I have spent in each project during a determined period of time (for example a month) and see this in a graph

  14. It would help me a lot if i could add one team-member to ALL of the projects with only one click.

    I have a lot of projects to manage. It's a lot of work to add the around 10 members of the team to all the projects there involved to...

  17. Synchronizace s Google kalendářem

    Dobrý den, uvítal bych oboustranné propojení kalendáře s Google kalendářem abych mohl synchronizovat čas s jinými aplikacemi. Bez toho jde o mnoho duplicitní práce.

  18. States of the task

    It would be nice to have the possibility to decide the state (phase) of the task.
    For starters: New, In Progress, Ready for Review, Completed. And possible user edit/add.
    Without this we are not able to use primaERP.

  19. Add standard work time, to be able to track overtime

    We work on a standard workday schedule mon-fri 08:00-16:30.
    Hours before or after that are classified as overtime.
    Would be nice to add a feature for that.

  20. Custom Reports

    Possibility to make your own Reports. Maybe like a dragable Dashboard where a can add Timetracks, Clients simmary etc. by myself. Now you only have some static Report Views you never can alter.
