How can we improve our Time tracking application?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. stop timer itself when you stop working in the pc

    I would like the timer stops itself when I stop working and when I would restart to working again it could be asked if the spent time is corresponding to a break or part of the task or whatever.
    I make this proposal then sometimes I have to stop working in the computer and I can't stop the timer and when I restart to working the counted time is not correct and I have to make correction

  2. Project limit and notification

    In Time Tracking feature - include a feature that not only allows you to track the budget of a project but also notify all or some users upon reaching a certain limit like 80% then once hitting that limit not allowing anymore tracking to happen when it caps.

  4. how can I add a delivery date for the project?

    It would be nice to have a option to schedule the delivery date work.

  5. Customer definable fields

    One (or better a few) customer definable fields would be nice for main entities like Project, Customer etc.
    They could be very helpful for better adaption to internal data structures or as lookup field(s) for CRM etc.

  6. Mantenimiento de Tareas Repetitivas

    Un mantenimiento de tareas.
    En mi caso cuando das de alta un proyecto siempre tienes asociadas las mismas tareas.

    ¿Porque tengo que darlas de alta otra vez en un nuevo proyecto, si ya las tengo dadas de alta en otros proyectos?

    Con lo cual la mejora sería, cuando des de alta un nuevo proyecto, poderlas asignar automáticamente, marcandolas con un check o algo así.

  8. Have one commentary field per project that I can click to be shown on the billing. I don't need tasks or activity in the billing.

    In our billings we just show project name, description (what we have done in the project - not activities), hours, cost per hour and price per project. I therefore would need a supplementary field per project, which I can select for showing on the billing. Then I would be happy with the pdf-option.

  9. Total hours per week in weekly overview

    Right now you can see the hours per day but not the total of hours per week.

  12. Transparency – 24/7 access for our clients in order to check our time and their expenses

    I would like to allow my clients to be able to log in to primaERP and to see how much time I have spent on his project. It would work like mobile operator, where you can check 24/7 how much time you spent by calling and you what bill you can expect on the end of the month.

    I need a PDF form builder. Each client like to have his format for the time sheet. Also we do not need "from to time stamp". We need only to show to our clients how many hours per day worked on the project and which are the activities (description text field). Thank you

    Add an option to create sprints.

    I bill my clients in blocks of time, I call them sprints. When a sprint is done I bill them. I know JIRA uses the similar way of keeping track of projects.

  20. Attendance weekly overview - compare actual work hours to projected hours

    It would be a great feature - for employees as well as employers - to easily find out how much overtime someone accumulated over a certain period (preferably defineable) and be able to export it to a file.

    For example: Employee A has a 40-hour week and I would like to compare her actual attendance to the planned attendance over the last 8 weeks to see whether she can have a day off. Employee B has a 25-hour week and I would like to see his attendance over the last 5 weeks.
