How can we improve our Time tracking application?

    Hola. Mi sugerencia es que tanto en el formato web en la vista de tabla de quipo como en la aplicación de Time Tracking se permita copiar actividades/registros idénticos que se repiten todos los días y así poder introducir estos datos mucho más rápido

  2. Eventos para disparar URL

    Percebo o primaERP/Time Tracking como um serviço bem útil, entretanto considero que seria incrível ter opção para configurar urls de eventos. Estas URL então, iriam apontar para a aplicação da pessoa que usa o Time Tracking, então, assim que algum evento ocorrer no Time Tracking, ou seja, quando uma tarefa for concluída ou outra coisa relacionada com a área de trabalho do usuário do TT o Time T, iria notificar o usuário do TT, por meio da URL que foi configurada, assim o usuário do TT, poderia então fazer o que quiser quando um evento no TT for disparado.     Sería muy útil que figure la fecha de inicio de los proyectos cuando hace un listado.

  6. Informe mensual completo Attendance

    Poder imprimir los informes de Attendance por periodos más amplios (p.e. 1 mes) y que aparezcan todos los datos de entradas y salidas, útil para turnos de trabajos partidos, ya que actualmente solo aparece la primera entrada y la última salida con el total de horas trabajadas.

    A customizable view for impulses. Currently it only shows Project name. I would like it to show Client, Project Name, and Activity.

  8. Geplante Zeit der Aufgaben bei Übernahme in den Kalender berücksichtigen

    Ansicht "Kalender", Impulse: Aufgaben in der Seitenleiste.
    Die Aufgaben lassen sich schon bequem von den Impulsen in den Kalender ziehen. Als Standard ist die Dauer auf 2 h eingestellt.
    Wunsch: Die Dauer sollte der geplanten, budgetierten Zeit entsprechen.
    Zusatzwunsch: Überschreitung der geplanten Zeit in einer anderen Farbe sichtbarmachen.
    Im Allgemeinen sind die Funktionen zur Zeit und Kostenbudgetierung schon vorhanden, aber die Auswertung finde ich noch nicht sehr intuitiv.

  12. Unterschriebenen Auftrag TimeTracking

    Beim Kunden TimeTracking starten. Wenn Auftrag fertig, kann der Kunde auf dem Bildschirm unterschreiben und bekommt eine Kopie des unterschriebenen Auftrag per email zugesand. Das wäre ein echtes Highlight

  17. Návrhy na zlepšení

    Dobrý den,

    napadlo mě několik věcí, které je možné vylepšit.

    1) formulář přidat/upravit projekt - vynucené velké písmeno na začátku názvu projektu je dost otravné. Mám ve zvyku nazvat si projekt dle URL adresy na které bude fungovat. Nyní musím vypnout JS abych tuto funkcu obešel a nazval si projekt dle své knvence.

    2) Neaktivní projekty - Občas se stane, že příjde drobná úprava na již neaktivním projektu. Bylo by fajn kdyby byla nějaká možnost přiřadit ho k činnosti bez nutnosti nastavit ho aktivní a poté znovu nastavit jako neaktivní.

    Jinak se mi time tracking velice líbí. Doufám že budou…

  19. Automatické zálohování

    Když už se databáze umí zálohovat, líbilo by se mi, abych na zálohu nemusel myslet - aby se to jednou za měsíc zazálohovalo samo a poslalo mi to zálohu mailem. Nebo ji třeba automaticky uložilo na FTP server (nebo Google disk), ke kterému zadám přihlašovací údaje.

  20. Comparação de tempos Atual X Tempo Padrão

    Manter na área do cronômetro analógico mostrado do lado direito da tela dois Cronômetros digitais um indicando a contagem da atividade atual e outro mostrando o tempo padrão dessa atividade dando ao projetista dimensão do tempo restante padrão para aquela atividade. Se o tempo atual passar do tempo padrão o mesmo pode mudar de cor para vermelho avisando que o mesmo ultrapassou o estimado. Pode se pensar em um terceiro cronômetro mostrando contagem regressiva também.
