    unfortunately, as of right now, we have no plans to add this in the near future. Perhaps at the end of the year this might be a possibility, but as for right now, we have to put a hold on this.

  2. Task list + priority + deadline

    Task list + priority + deadlines.
    It would be very useful if you add the followign features:
    1) an option to set a deadline and a priority status to each task,
    2) a list of current tasks with the following info:
    - client,
    - project,
    - task,
    - check box (to mark as done),
    - deadline,
    - priority,
    - current time spent

  3. Expense tracking

    A suggestion would be expense tracking. A lot of the time expenses are paid for by the client, e.g. flights, taxi, hotel etc, which would make sense to form part of the reports.

    unfortunately the customized templates was recently pushed back some more. We are planning to create a brand new billing module, which will enable this, but this will not be ready until the end of this year. As soon as it gets closer, we will let you know.

  5. Tracking of working time not just performance (Should working time, holiday, sickness)

    Right now it's possible to track the project performance. It should be possible to also track time for HR purposes: track sickness, training, accident, holiday, etc.. t should be possible add a "Should-time", so the amount of hours that the user should have per month (the best would be incl. a workload so then its automatically calculated). You can track the time on the projects and activities and then can compare them to the amount of time the user shoudl work. Any differences can then be added on to the following month.     [EN] Hello,
    I just realized that it would be great if we could enter holidays, sickdays and vacations. This helps in case of any questions from employer. And if you use it on the go, an easier start and stop (without having to choose) would be helpful. Copy paste of entries would also not be bad if it repeats itself.

  10. Miniapplication for Google Chrome

    Is it possible to make a small mini app button for Google Chrome explorer or some possibility to quick start timer?

    Similary as Toggl or payMo - there are primaERP competitors.

    Because this program is our 'home base' for my team, I'd love to see a to-do list incorporated. It would be great to separate by client and even assign a user something to help with... I'd also like to be able to have a 'show all to-do' feature so I can everything that is on all lists at once.

  12. Trello integration

    It whould be great to combine trello (www.trello.com - for me the perfect project management tool) and primaERP so it could be used in one surface. I NEED trello for my work and I also love, how to track the time with primaERP I spent in projects. But unfortunately it is just too inefficient to bring both permanentely up to date. In this case I'm trading time for money.

    Maybe it whould be possible and in your interests, to find a efficent solution for this? :)

  13. States of the task

    It would be nice to have the possibility to decide the state (phase) of the task.
    For starters: New, In Progress, Ready for Review, Completed. And possible user edit/add.
    Without this we are not able to use primaERP.

  14. task groups

    It would be nice to be able to cluster tasks in groups. Especially when you have large projects, being able to cluster tasks would increase the projects clarity – for the workers but also for the projectmanagers.
    In the daily work: when tracking your time, groups would help you to faster find the task you need.
    In the reports: If you want to, you can see the actual and planned hours for the whole group and if you need more details you can open the group and see each particular task's hours.

    Dobrý den, uvítal bych oboustranné propojení kalendáře s Google kalendářem abych mohl synchronizovat čas s jinými aplikacemi. Bez toho jde o mnoho duplicitní práce.

  20. Billing per period

    For long lasting projects, we write customer bills by the end of every month. Hence, we would love to see a feature that helps us with that. The simplest solution would be one already requested [1]. However we would prefer to see a feature like the one implemented in the video attached.
    Quick outline:
    • Group time recordings to ‘bill’
    • Mark bill as paid.
    • Getting some business insights per project based on billing (payed, billed, and billable hours)
    • Please note: We don’t want actual bills (with logo, VAT,…). We would just like to group time recordings and…
