How can we improve our Time tracking application?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Third Party Invoices

    It would be nice, if there is a possibility to add third-party-invoices, which are obviously not hours, but amounts that will be invoiced to a customer.

  3. info o překročení času

    Zasílání varovného e-mailu v případě překročení rozumné délky aktivity stopek. Např. 8 hod. Ideálně s možností uživatelského nastavení/vypnutí/....

    Hi, could you please add more details to your request? Please describe how & what do you want to integrate with SAP Streamwork. By the way primaERP has public API and it is possible to read / write all data you want. This API could be used for the integration.

  11. Tracking of working time not just performance (Should working time, holiday, sickness)

    Right now it's possible to track the project performance. It should be possible to also track time for HR purposes: track sickness, training, accident, holiday, etc.. t should be possible add a "Should-time", so the amount of hours that the user should have per month (the best would be incl. a workload so then its automatically calculated). You can track the time on the projects and activities and then can compare them to the amount of time the user shoudl work. Any differences can then be added on to the following month.   12. Print the reports with a nicely format

    Possibility to print the reports with the same appearance as is in the application and with a customizable logo.

    Hi, this is already planned. We are in a analysis phase. We are collecting others requests to Reports and we will make them nicer.
    [ES] Hola, esto ya está planeado, Aún se están colectando otras sugerencias e ideas para mejorarlos. Por ahora ya es posible poner logo en las facturas pro forma y personalizar más los datos a mostrar en los reportes.

  13. Adding the tag feature

    It would be nice to be able to add generic tags to an entry. This way, I would be able to search and sort according to these tags, making it easier for myself. It shouldn't be connected to the differently priced activities but just in general across all projects.

  14. It would help me a lot if i could add one team-member to ALL of the projects with only one click.

    I have a lot of projects to manage. It's a lot of work to add the around 10 members of the team to all the projects there involved to...

  15. Change manual filled in ToDos to time-tracked tasks

    Using calendar to fill in planned tasks. When I start working at one of them start tracking time. So primaERP can grow to a mixture between ToDo-List and Time-Tracking

  16. Money per Hour AND all-in payments

    I write invoices not only per hour but with all-in prices for projects/tasks too. Would like to to chose between money per hour/all-in-price for every task

  17. Expense tracking

    A suggestion would be expense tracking. A lot of the time expenses are paid for by the client, e.g. flights, taxi, hotel etc, which would make sense to form part of the reports.
