How can we improve our Time tracking application?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Project limit and notification

    In Time Tracking feature - include a feature that not only allows you to track the budget of a project but also notify all or some users upon reaching a certain limit like 80% then once hitting that limit not allowing anymore tracking to happen when it caps.

  2. Task list + priority + deadline

    Task list + priority + deadlines.
    It would be very useful if you add the followign features:
    1) an option to set a deadline and a priority status to each task,
    2) a list of current tasks with the following info:
    - client,
    - project,
    - task,
    - check box (to mark as done),
    - deadline,
    - priority,
    - current time spent

  4. Complete Export/Import & Backup

    It would be great to be able export the complete database to excel, not just as a json file.
    It would also be great to be able to import data that was exported from primaERP.

    This way it would be possible to delete old projects online without completely losing them (because one could still keep a local backup).

  5. Interessent anlegen

    Interessenten anlegen und bei Auftrag als Kunde umwandeln. Also es schreibt ein Interessent per Email. Er interessiert sich für ein Angebot. Ich trage den Kunden ein. Später wandele ich den Kunden um und daraus entsteht ein Projekt.

  6. Possibility to hide or shrink useless hours in day and week view

    Something like in google calendar lab - for me 20:00 - 06:00.
    I think the the calendar in week view will be more clear.

  7. to do

    Because this program is our 'home base' for my team, I'd love to see a to-do list incorporated. It would be great to separate by client and even assign a user something to help with... I'd also like to be able to have a 'show all to-do' feature so I can everything that is on all lists at once.

    Hello,

    unfortunately, as of right now, we have no plans to add this in the near future. Perhaps at the end of the year this might be a possibility, but as for right now, we have to put a hold on this.

  10. Bank of hours (balance)

    Record a bank of hours - I work 8 hours a day; when I work less than it, I get a debt in this bank of hours; when I work more than it, I get a credit in the bank. So I can control how many hours I have in balance and even take a day off or more if it sums to 8 or more credit hours. It should count only billable time records. And it should have an option to clear current balance (for instance, if I get paid for it).

  17. Projektové reporty, schvalování

    Pár tipů:
    - u projektových reportů by bylo fajn také filtrovat podle zákazníka
    - větší provázanost s vystavením faktury - mohly by se u projektů zobrazovat 3 značky/stavy: nefakturováno, fakturováno částečně (třeba u dlouhodobějších projektů, kdy se fakturuje měsíční práce) a fakturováno vše (pokud by se přidal poté výkaz, změnilo by se na částečně fakturováno).
    - všimla jsem si, že je už v procesu hromadné schvalování - možná by byla dobrá i varianta (asi volitelná), že výkazy zahrnuté do faktury se automaticky schválí.

    Right now you can see the hours per day but not the total of hours per week.

  19. Tracking of working time not just performance (Should working time, holiday, sickness)

    Right now it's possible to track the project performance. It should be possible to also track time for HR purposes: track sickness, training, accident, holiday, etc.. t should be possible add a "Should-time", so the amount of hours that the user should have per month (the best would be incl. a workload so then its automatically calculated). You can track the time on the projects and activities and then can compare them to the amount of time the user shoudl work. Any differences can then be added on to the following month.     Possibility to print the reports with the same appearance as is in the application and with a customizable logo.

    Hi, this is already planned. We are in a analysis phase. We are collecting others requests to Reports and we will make them nicer.
    [ES] Hola, esto ya está planeado, Aún se están colectando otras sugerencias e ideas para mejorarlos. Por ahora ya es posible poner logo en las facturas pro forma y personalizar más los datos a mostrar en los reportes.
