  1. Stundenkonto

    Als Zusatzfunktion zum Stundenzettel ist dringend ein Stundenkonto nötig. Das Stundenkonto erfasst alle Über- aber auch Fehlzeiten gegenüber einer definierten Sollzeit und bietet eine kumulierte Übersicht. Beträgt die tägliche Sollarbeitszeit zum Beispiel 8h, so sollten 9 erfasste Stunde zu einer Erhöhung des Stundenkontos von 1h führen bzw. keine Einträge an diesem Tag, das Konto um 8h verringern. Weitere Zeitmodelle sind natürlich wünschenswert (Überstundenfaktor, Höchstzeiten, Rahmen- und Kernarbeitszeit, ...)

  2. Agrupar o seleccionar actividades diarias para replicar rápidamente otros días (actividades repetitivas)

    La idea es agrupar las actividades de un día completo para poderlas duplicar en varios días si fuese necesario, sin necesidad de hacerlo una a una, que es una tarea mucho más costosa

  3. Add notes in Timesheet / Agregar notas en Hoja de horas

    As an administrator I would like employees to be able to add notes from the task sheet, for example if 1 hour of lunch is scheduled and that time is not met, that employees can add the note about the lunch activity and indicate why it happened of time, after that to see that note (both employee and administrator)

  6. ANNOYING BUG EDITING A PROJECT OR ADDING TIME RECORDS FOR IT

    Since June 3, I'm having problems editing a specific project or adding a time record for it (site issues a 500 / Internal Server Error). I've already contacted support, but oddly it didn't have the desired attention (they eventually contacted me to apologize for the delay and to ask if the problem persists, but no additional response nor a solution for the issue).

  7. Bug editing Time Record's finish time - wrong start time adjusting

    How to reproduce:
    1. Create and save a time record with a start time at, say, 11:30 and finish time at 11:55;
    2. Edit that time record, going to the finish time (particularly at minutes part) and, with keyboard's arrows, go up (time will change to 12:00) and then down (finish time will change back to 11:55, *but start time will change to 11:00*).

  8. Add total billed to Billing/BILLS

    Under Billing/BILLS, would like a total at the end of the list, just as provided when looking at time log entries. With the filters already provided, this would enable me to see how much I've billed in a given period for all clients or for the life of a client. Thanks in advance!

  9. Informe mensual completo Attendance

    Poder imprimir los informes de Attendance por periodos más amplios (p.e. 1 mes) y que aparezcan todos los datos de entradas y salidas, útil para turnos de trabajos partidos, ya que actualmente solo aparece la primera entrada y la última salida con el total de horas trabajadas.

  10. Ausgabe der Rechnung PDF / Druck

    Billing:
    1.) Für den Rechnungsausdruck sollte keine (hell)graue Farbe verwendet werden. Diese ist im PDF Format schlecht lesbar. Je nach Monitor kann dies als hellgrau fast gar nicht gelesen werden.
    2.) Kunde auf die rechte Seite, die eigene Firma auf die linke Seite.
    3.) Unterschriftenfeld per Option ausblenden
    4.) Standardtext für Zahlung hinterlegen:
    z.B. Bitte überweisen Sie den Betrag mit Angabe der Rechnungsnummer auf das Bankkonto:

    Please increase security by adding two-step verification. I think the simplest way is to use any popular authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator).

    Es werden nur Positionen von Seite 1 berechnet

    Als Standard sind für die Anzeige 5 Positionen je Seite vorgegeben,
    Und nur 5 Positionen werden markiert, summiert und berechnet!
    Positionen auf z. B. Seite 2 sind nicht markiert.

    Dies scheint mir ein gravierender Fehler zu sein.

    Positions on i.e. page 2 are not marked.

    This seems to be a serious mistake.

  14. Please show project/task codes in Agenda view, even for inactive/completed items

    I often need to go to Agenda view and look at time records information, even for old records (e.g. from two or three weeks before). But if those time records are related to projects and/or tasks that are currently inactive, I can't know their code (because editing the time record shows just the title and an "inactive" suffix), so I need to go to Projects list, remove filter by active (to show inactive projects), search by title, then enter the project just to find its code, and then go to its tasks, remove filter by active (to show completed tasks),…

  18. Project/Activities relationship/page: filter by Type and checkbox to select all filtered

    In "/projects/{GUID}/activities" URL, please add a filter by Type and also a checkbox to mark/unmark (select/unselect) all items shown by filter. It'll save a lot of time, since we won't need to mark each checkbox of all the items we want to select.

  19. Attendance: Stop running check-out at mid-night

    In case someone forgot to close / check out a current running check-in in attendance the log-in runs over serval days.

    In my view that's not realistic.
    I would propose that a running check-out is automatically (or via user-setting selectable) stopped and saved at midnight ( according to time-setting of the user )

  20. Transparency – 24/7 access for our clients in order to check our time and their expenses

    I would like to allow my clients to be able to log in to primaERP and to see how much time I have spent on his project. It would work like mobile operator, where you can check 24/7 how much time you spent by calling and you what bill you can expect on the end of the month.
